  H13模具鋼和(he)3Cr2W8V模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)是(shi)我國目前(qian)使用(yong)(yong)最廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)鍛(duan)造(zao)(zao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),其中(zhong)(zhong)H13模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)因良(liang)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)綜合力學性(xing)能(neng)及(ji)(ji)抗熱(re)冷疲(pi)勞性(xing)能(neng)勝(sheng)任一般(ban)熱(re)模(mo)(mo)(mo)鍛(duan)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)需求。但由于(yu)H13模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)作(zuo)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)耐(nai)熱(re)型執作(zuo)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),其工作(zuo)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)不(bu)宜超(chao)過(guo)600度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),且淬(cui)透性(xing)差不(bu)利于(yu)制造(zao)(zao)大截(jie)面(mian)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)使用(yong)(yong)。3Cr2W8V模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)是(shi)我國比(bi)較早的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)且應用(yong)(yong)最廣(guang)的(de)(de)(de)高強熱(re)性(xing)熱(re)鍛(duan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),其熱(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)良(liang)好(hao),使用(yong)(yong)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)可達650度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),但因其冷熱(re)疲(pi)勞性(xing)能(neng)和(he)導熱(re)性(xing)差,容易因冷熱(re)疲(pi)勞而(er)產生龜裂。而(er)DM模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)為(wei)最近幾年研發(fa)出的(de)(de)(de)新型熱(re)鍛(duan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang),通過(guo)3種(zhong)(zhong)熱(re)鍛(duan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)熱(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)曲線的(de)(de)(de)測定(ding)及(ji)(ji)微觀(guan)(guan)(guan)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha),對比(bi)分析3種(zhong)(zhong)鍛(duan)造(zao)(zao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)熱(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)優劣及(ji)(ji)在(zai)熱(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)微觀(guan)(guan)(guan)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)變化。3種(zhong)(zhong)實驗模(mo)(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)均(jun)(jun)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)電渣重熔冶煉(lian),其化學成分如表1所示(shi),熱(re)處理(li)工藝及(ji)(ji)硬度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)值如表2所示(shi),其中(zhong)(zhong)淬(cui)火加熱(re)冷卻均(jun)(jun)在(zai)真空淬(cui)火爐(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)行,等箱式回火爐(lu)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)在(zai)實驗溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下進(jin)行回火。熱(re)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)試(shi)驗的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)箱式爐(lu)分別將(jiang)試(shi)樣在(zai)580、620、650度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)保(bao)溫(wen)24h,然(ran)后測試(shi)不(bu)同溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下3種(zhong)(zhong)實驗鋼(gang)的(de)(de)(de)洛式硬度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)值。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)發(fa)射掃描電鏡觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha)試(shi)樣不(bu)同保(bao)溫(wen)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下的(de)(de)(de)微觀(guan)(guan)(guan)組織(zhi),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)高分辨投射電子顯微鏡對不(bu)同保(bao)溫(wen)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)下的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)樣進(jin)行觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha),并標(biao)定(ding)碳化物的(de)(de)(de)類型。

結果表明:

(1)在(zai)580、620、650度(du)保溫(wen)(wen)24h熱穩試驗中,DM模具(ju)鋼的(de)硬度(du)始終高(gao)于(yu)H13模具(ju)鋼和3Cr2W8V模具(ju)鋼;且隨著保溫(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)升高(gao),硬度(du)前期下降的(de)速度(du)越快(kuai),后期均趨于(yu)平穩。

(2)在(zai)(zai)650度熱穩定(ding)過(guo)程中(zhong),3Cr2W8V模(mo)具鋼中(zhong)存在(zai)(zai)W元素大量固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)于基(ji)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong),產(chan)生(sheng)固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)強(qiang)化(hua)作用(yong),而DM模(mo)具鋼在(zai)(zai)熱穩定(ding)過(guo)程中(zhong)由于亞穩相在(zai)(zai)高溫(wen)下分解析出M2C型碳化(hua)物(wu)產(chan)生(sheng)硬(ying)化(hua)現(xian)象,同時由于大量Mn元素固(gu)溶(rong)(rong)于基(ji)體(ti)(ti),阻礙了馬(ma)氏體(ti)(ti)基(ji)體(ti)(ti)的回復(fu),兩者相輔(fu)相成保(bao)證了其優越的熱穩定(ding)性能。
